Robin F. Frydman
Robin F. Frydman is a founding, managing member of the Firm. Robin has over 20 years of experience and her practice focuses on commercial litigation with a concentration in: community association law; creditors rights; landlord tenant; fraud; bankruptcy; construction law; and contract, partnership and real estate disputes. Robin is also well versed in both state and federal court appeals and has successfully appeared before: the Florida Supreme Court; the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal; as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal; and United States District Court.
Robin began her career acting as the Senior Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas E. Baynes, Jr., in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa, Florida. Since then, she has worked for the prestigious law firms of: Greenberg Traurig, PA; Genovese, Lichtman, Joblove & Battista; and Berger Singerman, PA. Robin started her own law firm in 2004.
Robin gained a majority of her experience in community association law by acting as President of her Homeowner’s Association for over two years. She was also an elected supervisor on the Mapleridge Community Development District.
Robin is a member of: the Florida Bar; the State Bar of Georgia; the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Northern District of Georgia; the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals; the Bankruptcy Bar; the Broward County Bar Association; and the Miami-Dade County Put Something Back Program.
Robin received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law, where she was a member of the National Honor Societies of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. She acted as Articles Editor and Senior Works Editor of the Florida International Law Journal. She also received her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Florida and studied in Oxford, England at the Oxford Institute on International and Comparative Law.
