Thank you for  your interest in The Frydman Law Group, PLLC. The Managing Members have created a Law Firm which provides personal attention and professional service to clients of all sizes and needs. We are devoted to providing our clients with high quality work as we have the experience of a large Law Firm, however, as a small Law Firm, we are able to provide clients with the immediate attention and lower costs they desire.

The two Managing Members, Robin Frydman Schall and Rachel E. Frydman come to you with over Thirty (30) Years of combined legal experience. Our Law Firm is devoted to handling Community Association matters, including but not limited to, collection of delinquent accounts, pursuit of violations of the governing documents, amendments, legal opinions.  We also attend annual and special meetings. In our Community Association Practice, we advance the attorneys’ fees associated with the collection of delinquent accounts. We do require, however, a cost retainer to proceed with the filing of the foreclosure complaint and actions to pursue violations. These costs will cover the filing fee with the Court, the service of process on the Defendants, plus any and all recording costs. Upon receiving payment in full from the delinquent homeowner, these costs will be reimbursed to the Association. During the collection process, we will attempt to provide partial payments to the Association once a Claim of Lien has been filed in order to assist our Association clients during this declining economy.

Besides the representation of Community Association clients, our Law Firm is experienced in handling general corporate matters, commercial litigation, appeals in both State and Federal Courts and landlord/tenant evictions.

One important goal of our Law Firm is to provide constant communication with our clients and provide personal and professional legal service. To keep our clients’ costs to a minimum, and in conjunction with our desire to have effective communication, we have gone “Green.” To that end, we utilize Electronic Mail (E-mail) as a way to receive and forward correspondence in all matters to our clients. Additionally, for our clients that have collection and violation matters pending, we provide a bi-weekly Status Report. Through this website, our clients may contact us by E-mail or through the use of the “Contact Us” page. To aid in the resolution of pending collection/foreclosure matters, our website has a special page that may be accessed by homeowners or title agents. This page makes it easy for homeowners or title agents to request for Payoff Figures, Verifications of Debt and Payment Plan proposals.
