Rachel E. Frydman
A Founding, Managing Member of the Firm. Upon admittance to the Florida Bar in 1998, Rachel devoted her practice to assisting Community Associations. Her focus includes, but is not limited to, the collection of delinquent assessments, covenant enforcement actions such as Injunctions and Petitions for Arbitration, assisting in the litigation involved in Recalling of Board Members, preparing responses to DBPR complaints, amending Association governing documents, and providing legal opinions on various issues.
Rachel began her career with Katzman & Korr, P.A., now known as Katzman Garfinkel Berger, LLC. She gained her knowledge of Community Association Law working as an Associate for 9 years and then as a Partner, until 2008, at which time she decided to create The Frydman Law Group, PLLC.
Rachel received her Bachelors degree from Indiana University then received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Law School where she was active in the Jewish Law Student Association. Rachel has since been a member of the American Bar Association and is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
